Helen Chibuzor Ayodele (nee Nwanna) is a positive change agent.

 

A graduate of Rural Sociology & Agricultural Extension from a prestigious Federal University of Agriculture in Nigeria, West-Africa, who is passionate about ensuring sustainable development in the agricultural and agro-allied sector.

 

Helen also has a stint in Human Capital Management as she had worked with the department in the renown Tastee Fried Chicken (TFC), Head Office in Oyin Jolayemi, Victoria Island Lagos.

 

Helen was an employee of the Union Bank of Nigeria Plc; serving as an Agribusiness Credit Analyst for about seven (7) years. Within the years of her service to the bank, she was privileged to undergo several professional trainings with certifications, and she was drafted to work with several project execution teams in the Bank.

She worked as a seasoned Agricultural change agent, and Agribusiness expert with vast experience in credit risk management, agricultural development, agribusiness investment and project financing with Union Bank Plc.

 

The wealth of experience she gained in Union bank, coupled with accolades and recognitions were all instrumental to her being recruited as a seasoned Supervisor, Relationship Management & Technical Assistance with the Nigerian Incentive-based Risk Sharing system of Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL plc) – a CBN, FMARD and Bankers Committee collaborative Institution.

 

In this role, Helen worked with the team of goal-oriented professionals to manage relationships with numerous clients, and coordinate capacity building activities for the benefit of Agricultural Value Chain players (Downstream, Midstream and Upstream).

 

Worthy of mention is also the fact that Helen is an Alumni of prestigious Lagos Business School – Pan African University.

 

She was also a Volunteer Life-skills Resource person under the erstwhile Governor Raji Fashola-led State Government Eko Secondary Education Project, in Lagos, Nigeria all through his tenure.

 

She attended a leadership school with DAEL Institute of Leadership; got quality training in Emotional Intelligence, and she is also member of a number of socio-economic impact groups/NGOs.

 

She is married and blessed with two (2) children.
